At Parrot Sale Shop, we want you and your feathered companion to be completely satisfied. We accept returns or exchanges for full credit within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Important Information:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if we sent you an incorrect item.

• We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet our policy requirements.

• Custom orders and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Price Adjustments:
If an item purchased at full price is marked down within 7 days of receiving your package, we will honor a price adjustment with the original receipt.

Return Instructions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Include your packing slip or a copy of your order with your return.

• Ship returns or exchanges using a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS, and keep your tracking number until your refund is complete.

• Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers are responsible for any shipping charges for bounced or undeliverable packages.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after we receive your returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the transaction to your account.
